Delivery
Artworks are sent nationally by courier and furniture is delivered locally (Port Stephens & Newcastle). We work hard to find companies that provide a good service at a reasonable price. Please feel free to get in touch for a delivery quote.
While we quickly pack your order, we are located in coastal NSW and freight times can vary.
Returns
We want you to love your art piece, so please get in touch if you have any questions or would like further photographs before making a purchase.
If something is faulty or damaged?
Please get in touch as soon as you receive your delivery so we can work out the best solution with you.
The piece just wasn't what you were hoping for?
No problem. Contact us and return the item within 7 days of delivery for an exchange, credit or refund.
Important things to note:
The item must be returned in its original condition.
Return shipping costs will be at the customers expense.
A refund, minus shipping costs, will be made once we receive the item.
